Congratulations on your engagement!
I'm guessing by now you've decided on the date and probably have the ceremony and wedding reception venues figured out. Now comes the other vendors and seemingly endless decisions. Thank you so much for considering Mandaki Photo LLC as your wedding photographer. I want to take a moment to explain how we approach wedding photography as it is a bit different than what you may be used to seeing.
Our focus is on providing high quality physical products that you and your families can treasure and appreciate for generations.
How does this all work?
First, take a look at our pricing page to see if your wedding photography budget fits within the average client investment then contact us to find out if we are available for your date. We'll probably exchange a couple of emails to cover some of the basics. Then we'll figure out a time and place to meet in person to go over more details, answer specific questions, go over pricing in more detail, and look at samples of the prints and products available to you. This is a no obligation / no pressure meeting to see if we are a good fit. At this meeting or shortly after if we decide we are all on the same page and want to work together you both sign the contract and send the retainer to hold the date.
Then...your wedding! A beautiful, memorable, fun, and epic event that is artfully captured.
About 2-4 weeks later (depending on everyone's schedule) your finished wedding photographs are printed on high quality 4"x6" proofs for your in person review and final product selection. Decide on the pictures you want to treasure forever by actually looking at a real picture at your reveal and ordering session. Half of the retainer fee that you previously paid is applied as a credit towards our comprehensive product collections that include albums and fine art prints. Your heirloom products are delivered a few weeks after that.
